Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. The product you receive will be the same as shown on our website. Minor variations in packaging or color may occur due to natural ingredients or batch updates, but the quality, formulation, and benefits remain exactly the same.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is successfully placed, a sales receipt/invoice will be sent to your registered email ID. You can also download it from your account dashboard under My Orders.

How can I return an item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes. Most of our products are regularly restocked. Since we use naturally sourced and freshly prepared Ayurvedic ingredients, restocking may take some time. You can check back on the product page or contact us for updates.
